This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app “TalkMemo” (the “App”), provided by S K S, K.K. (“we”), handles your information.
Everything you write in the App is stored only on your device. We do not operate a server for the App, do not require an account, and do not collect, read, or transmit the contents of your memos. Your memos are included in your device backups (iCloud or computer backups) according to your iOS settings.
The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt), IP address, device type and OS version, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction data. We do not receive personally identifiable information from this process.
You can limit personalized advertising at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. For details on how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
The App does not use analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, or any third-party service other than Google AdMob. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or location.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
